Important Ordering & Delivery Information

• Notice Required: Orders must be placed with at least 72 hours’ notice. We cannot guarantee capacity on any given day. Peak seasons may book up in advance.
• Minimum Spend: $300 per delivery.
• Menu Modifications: Menu items cannot be altered.
• Confirmation: A delivery order is only confirmed once payment is processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
• Changes to Orders: Adjustments can be made up to 48 hours before delivery, provided the order still meets the minimum spend.
• Delivery Protocol: Please be available by phone during your delivery window. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues (e.g., loading dock or security restrictions), our driver will arrange an alternate meeting location. Additional fees may apply for a second delivery attempt.
• Platter Pick-Up: The same delivery protocols apply to platter collections.
• Allergy Notice: elle cuisine is not a nut-free or certified gluten-free facility. We follow all recommended food safety guidelines, but we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.
• Food Safety: We are not responsible for food safety once items have been delivered. Room-temperature menu items are designed to sit out safely for 2–4 hours.
