Nisha and Trevor’s intimate backyard wedding only had a guest count of 25. It was a gorgeous day and we served the perfect meal to accompany the close-knit affair. Handmade pierogies, arancini, Ahi tuna poke, braised beef shortrib slider. First course featured a summer strawberry salad. Second course, a braised beef short rib or mushroom truffle risotto. For dessert, our pastry team baked a gorgeous wedding cake!
