After having a bad experience with another caterer, I reached out to Elle catering for our wedding end of July and we are STILL thinking about the food, service and experience. Lauren and her team were the most thoughtful, patient and wonderful team to work with from the day we started chatting to the end of the event itself. It started with our idea of having a charcuterie centerpiece rather than a traditional centerpiece and Lauren's excitement for working with the idea and her ideas to go with our vision made me feel so assured and comfortable with trusting the team. From sourcing, rentals, table designs and ensuring the food was a memorable experience for all our guests, I can't believe they do this every day. They are a tight run ship and they understand logistics and their experience is clearly evident when we said we were having our wedding at a greenhouse venue. Everything went perfectly. I wish I had photos of the food and food stations but I was too busy being a bride that night having the best time. Our guests still talk about how incredible the food was, from the prime rib, to the dessert platter and the overall service. And those canapes were amazing! Even when we had one small logistical hiccup during our reception, none of the guests had an issue because the team was so quick to adjust things and everything ran smooth. Everyone was too busy having a good time. And special shout out to Ted and Wimela who managed the event day of. I’ve had their teams helping me with catering 2 years in a row for my bday parties and they are truly #1! Glazing board, canapés and mostly importantly the bbq stations are truly the best and the staff are the sweetest as well!! The overall team has been super patient and kind as we go through all the planning and logistics before the event and the team is really accommodating for any modifications and really care about our experience! I contacted Elle Cuisine because it seemed from a Google search that they’d be able to accommodate vegans, vegetarians, and regular eaters, plus some allergies and on GF. They did a great job on short notice for a funeral buffet lunch. They were also super curious when I said I was going to get dessert from our ethic community and they offered to see if they could make the treats for that group, too. I’m the end they provided vegan and GF treats which were well received by those who needed them (one GF eater said it was the best GF cookie she’s ever had).  We had great service from them and everything arrived on time and was delicious- as multiple guests told me.

They were super great during the planning phase and even accomodated our request for a custom off-menu cake and a custom feature drink. They also helped us rent tables and dinnerware from their partner to match our menu's needs. On the day of the wedding, they were super professional and the food was amazing, our guests kept complimenting us on the quality and variety. Our cocktail party was catered by them and their wonderful staff made the night so enjoyable. You will think they are suggesting too many staff but you are wrong! The amazing staff greeted our guests, passed around drinks and food and then disappeared at the end of the night leaving a spotless kitchen! The food was delicious!
