This was a perfect summer wedding. We partnered with Love By Lynzie, an amazingly creative wedding planning and design company in Toronto. The style was whimsical and full of colour. We designed a menu to match!
Cocktail hour featured hors dβoeuvres and grazing boards. Jerk prawns with avocado & corn salsa, beef carpaccio on a potato chip with truffle aioli & chives, arancini on a bed of marinara sauce with shaved parmesan, pork dumplings with daikon & carrot slaw, peking duck & scallion pancake with chili & scallions, Vietnamese spring roll with wasabi aioli & crispy taro root.
For the first course, we served guests the choice of burrata & tomato salad or carrot & ginger soup with crispy rice balls.
For the main course, we served sous vide beef tenderloin and for dessert we served a delicious chocolate & caramel dessert.
Service was smooth and the weather was perfect! Who could ask for a better day?
