To celebrate Madison and Jakeβs engagement, they hosted 100 of their closest friends and family in Madisonβs fatherβs home. It was a perfect summer evening and we served a range of hors dβoeuvres, a MASSIVE charcuterie display, and interactive dessert stations. The favourites were definitely the lamb lollipop with tomato chutney, aged balsamic, chimichurri and the oyster bar! The sticky toffee pudding with liquid nitrogen cinnamon ice cream and crunchy caramel popcorn was by far the biggest hit of the night!
