To celebrate Madison and Jake’s engagement, they hosted 100 of their closest friends and family in Madison’s father’s home. It was a perfect summer evening and we served a range of hors d’oeuvres, a MASSIVE charcuterie display, and interactive dessert stations. The favourites were definitely the lamb lollipop with tomato chutney, aged balsamic, chimichurri and the oyster bar! The sticky toffee pudding with liquid nitrogen cinnamon ice cream and crunchy caramel popcorn was by far the biggest hit of the night!
